By accessing trendgrp.shop or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the store. These terms form a binding agreement between you and TRENDING GROUP, INC..

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase from us.

We sell seasonal home-decor kits. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are one-time purchases — there are no subscriptions. We may update prices, products and availability at any time. We strive for accuracy, but if a product is listed with an incorrect price or description, we may cancel the order and refund you.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example due to stock, suspected fraud, or pricing errors — and will refund any amount charged.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. By paying, you authorise the charge for the order total. Your bank or card statement will show the descriptor TRENDGRP DECOR. We do not store full card numbers.

We ship worldwide with free shipping over $80; details are in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy — in short, unopened items within 14 days, with opened candles and scented items non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Many kits include candles. You agree to follow all safety guidance provided with the product and on our site: never leave a burning candle unattended; keep it away from curtains, children and pets; and burn it on a stable, heat-resistant surface in a well-ventilated room.

Decor items are intended for ornamental use only. You are responsible for using all products safely and as directed.

All content and designs on trendgrp.shop are owned by TRENDING GROUP, INC. or its licensors and are protected by law. See our Content License for what you may and may not do with our content.

Your use of the store must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend access for violations.

The store and products are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Colours may vary slightly from images due to screens and natural materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRENDING GROUP, INC. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify TRENDING GROUP, INC. against claims arising from your misuse of the store or products, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida have jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the store after changes means you accept the updated terms.
