Refund Policy

You may request a return of unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email support@trendgrp.shop with your order number.

For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:

• Opened candles and any scented items;
• Used, assembled or installed items;
• Items damaged through misuse;
• Final-sale or clearance items.

Returned items must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging with any tags attached. We may reduce or decline a refund for items returned in a diminished condition.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue refunds to your original payment method (via Stripe or PayPal), typically within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping, at no cost to you.

We're happy to help with exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability. Contact us and we'll guide you through it.

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel and refund orders that have not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, our standard return process applies.

If you have any issue with an order, please contact us first — we aim to resolve every problem quickly and fairly. This helps avoid unnecessary chargebacks, which can delay resolution. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
