1. Order processing
Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation and, once dispatched, a tracking link by email.
2. Destinations
We ship worldwide to most countries. If we're unable to ship to your destination, we'll contact you and issue a full refund.

Shipping is free on orders over $80. Below that threshold, a flat shipping fee is calculated and shown at checkout before payment. All amounts are in USD.
4. Estimated delivery times
After processing, estimated delivery is approximately:
- United States: 3–6 business days
- Canada: 5–9 business days
- UK & Europe: 7–12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 8–14 business days
- Rest of world: 9–18 business days
These are estimates and not guarantees; carrier and customs delays can occur.

International orders may incur import duties or taxes set by the destination country, payable by the recipient on delivery. These are not included in your order total and are outside our control.
6. Tracking
A tracking link is provided once your order ships, where the carrier supports tracking for your destination.
