Return the item unopened in its original packaging, tracked.

Refund
Once received and checked, we refund to your original payment method.

- Unopened kits in original packaging
- Wall art and textiles (unused, with tags)
- Decor objects (unused, undamaged)
Not returnable
- Opened candles & scented items (hygiene)
- Used or assembled items
- Items damaged through misuse
- Final-sale or clearance items
Damaged or faulty.If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — including any return shipping.
Refund timing. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return, typically within 5–10 business days.
